´I’ve been working at Eurocross since 2007. My remit is mobility services. This sees me working on cases that involve flat tyres, defective engines, collisions, you name it. In such cases, I am responsible for ensuring roadside assistance, or sending a recovery lorry if the car cannot continue its journey.

The people who call us don’t do so for trivial reasons. They’ve got a problem that needs solving. That’s what we take care of. That’s what makes it rewarding work. One thing I’ve noticed is that people like being able to vent. It’s a relief for them to explain what’s going on, and often it takes some of the stress out of the equation.
